Returns, exchanges and refunds

Most of our pieces are single pieces, and many are unstitched fabric, so please look at the photos and ask us anything before you order.

If something is not right, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Items must be unused, unwashed, unstitched and in their original condition with tags.

Once we receive the item back and check it, we will offer an exchange or a refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days.

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched and we will refund the full amount.

Small variations in colour and print are a natural part of handwoven and hand block printed fabric and are not considered defects.
